It’s crazy to think about how much I have changed in the past few years. I am constantly seeing changes, and it is awesome to see. Since the last post, I feel as if I have changed an extreme amount when it comes to physique, however, I am sure it has something to do with my lack in great workouts. I have been unable to attend the gym as frequent, however, I still have been exercising and doing some resistance training using my own equipment. Today, I started my day off with a fast throughout the morning, and ate my first meal at noon. I ate a plate full of chicken, ham, and rice. It was absolutely fantastic, and I enjoyed every bite. Finally, for dinner, I enjoyed a nice BBQ and ate a couple beer brats, along with a pork steak. I also had corn, fried potatoes, and lots of watermelon. Finally, to end the night, I enjoyed a decent amount of cheesecake. Now, saying this, I have been very strict with what I have been eating, and decided that I deserved a nice cheat meal. I feel great, and feel like I deserve a treat.
